Details
The beans come from the Ambanje region in northeastern Madagascar and are cultivated by 1,200 small producers: notes of red fruits, raspberry, and a lovely acidity on the attack. Soft roasted notes on the finish and little bitterness.
This iconic chocolate was developed by Patrick Roger in collaboration with Valrhona's engineering teams. It is the chocolate used to coat all of our miniature chocolates.

Dark couverture chocolate (65% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter)
Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract.
May contain traces of nuts, milk, gluten.
Best stored in a dry place between 18°C-20°C.
