Floral, jasmine notes, slightly fermented, round, quite bitter. A delicate chocolate.

Dark couverture chocolate (70% cocoa minimum).

Ingredients: cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract. May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts, milk and egg proteins. Best stored in a dry place.
