Lemon freshness, grapefruit fruitiness, nice acidity, quite round overall, vanilla notes on the finish. The cocoa comes from the Beni region, it is a wild cocoa.

Dark couverture chocolate (68% cocoa minimum).

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter.

May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts, milk and egg proteins. Store in a cool, dry place.
