Dark chocolate chips

Developed exclusively for Patrick Roger, our chocolate couverture is made with cocoa from the Ambanje region of Madagascar.

Coming from 1,200 small cocoa producers, it reflects the complexity of the Patrick Roger universe.

Fruity, tangy, round and not very bitter, it is a surprising chocolate.

Dark couverture chocolate (62% cocoa minimum).

Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract.

May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts, milk and egg.

Best stored in a dry place between 18°C-20°C.
