Madagacar 65%: The beans come from the Ambanje region in the northeast of Madagascar and are cultivated by 1,200 small producers: notes of red fruits, raspberry, nice acidity on the attack. Sweet roasted notes on the finish and little bitterness.

Colombia 72%: Distinctive, fruity and slightly acidic. Nice bitterness, notes of cocoa nibs.

Ecuador 80%: Floral, jasmine notes, short fermentation, very round, powerful but not very bitter for an 80%.
