    For these assortments we use almonds from our plantation in the heart of the South of France.

    Hazelnuts come from the Italian Piedmont.

    The dark chocolate coating is our personalized couverture, 100% Madagascar origin.

    Instinct dark: almond and hazelnut praline, coated in dark chocolate sprinkled with almond grains.

    PA Vanilla: 100% almonds, coated in dark chocolate.

    Amazon: half-sphere with lime caramel center, dark chocolate shell.

    Rectangle 74: 74% plain ganache, coated in dark chocolate.
