For these assortments we use almonds from our plantation in the heart of the South of France.

Hazelnuts come from the Italian Piedmont.

The dark chocolate coating is our personalized couverture, 100% Madagascar origin.

Instinct dark: almond and hazelnut praline, coated dark chocolate sprinkled with almond grains.

PA Vanilla: 100% almonds, coated in dark chocolate.

Abeille: half-sphere with honey caramel centre, dark chocolate shell.

Amazone: half-sphere with a lime caramel centre, dark chocolate shell.

Mistral: half-sphere with salted butter caramel and honey caramel, dark chocolate shell.

Rectangle 66: 66% plain ganache, coated in dark chocolate.
